You know what would be the craziest thing ever to happen in the NFL? 0

Mar1

Assuming the pats win their games up to Dec. 23rd, and the dolphins keep losing, imagine how screwed up it would be if the dolphins beat the pats. 2 historic seasons ruined. Would this be the most screwed up thing in NFL history? If not, what else could possibly happen this season that would be crazier?
Even though this is unlikely to the point where its impossible, im just asking ‘what if?’

Who is the best NFL coach of all time? 0

I think I would have to go with coach Shula. Shula set numerous records in his 33 seasons as a head coach. He holds NFL records for regular season wins (328), total victories (347), single season win percentage (1.000 in 1972), most games coached (526), most consecutive seasons coached (33), Super Bowl appearances (6) His teams’ won 7 NFL conference titles: 1964, 1968, 1971-73, 1982 and 1984.

Chicago Bears Manning Boosted Bears Return Game 0

Devin Hester was not the return man in the Bears’ game versus the Rams and you wouldn’t have known it. It seems as if every time Hester touched the ball, he would do serious damage to the other team by running it back for a touchdown or picking up significant yards.

Danieal Manning was the special teams’ returner in the game at the Rams. He lifted the Bears and wasn’t a disappointment. The Bears thought that the Special teams would struggle with Hester out. Great teams know how to win games and that’s what the Bears did.

He ran the football on the opening kickoff to the St. Louis 49 yard line. He initially caught the ball on the Bears’ 1 yard line. That’s a 50 yard gain! The Bears’ offense used only four plays to put up the first points on the board. The play ended with Matt Forte running 13 yards for a touchdown.

“Danieal’s a good player,” said coach Lovie Smith. “When you start fast, of course kickoff return is the first thing up. Last week in Green Bay Danieal hit in there hard, so we were hoping we could get a little boost with his play on the kickoff, and we were able to do that.”

Manning had the most kickoff returns this past preseason. He ran through a hole and almost ran it back for a touchdown. Keenan Burton brought him down.

“It felt really good,” Manning said. “I go out there and try to do my job the best way I can. The guys up front did a good job blocking and it was just a great time. Everything worked out and the rest of it was on me.”

Manning was a substitute for Devin Hester. Hester averages around 7 yards on punt returns. Manning caught a total of five passes for 57 yards. He also rushed the ball two times for 32 yards, which is pretty good.

Forte carried the ball 256 times and failed to fumble. That streak was bound to come to an end. Early in the second quarter, Chris Long of the Rams stripped the ball loose. The Rams’ Atogwe recovered the ball at the St. Louis’ 41 yard line.

Getting the ball ripped out should and does you mad. Coach Tim Spencer told him to forget about it and go play. He had to put it behind him. He pretty much had no choice but to forget about it because if he didn’t then it would have affected his performance out on the field.

Forte did forget about that fumble. He made up for it on the second play the next time the Bears got the ball back. He had a 47 yard touchdown run and it increased the margin to 21 points.

It didn’t look like Forte fumbled it but the refs thought he did. The replay that Fox showed didn’t show Forte or the football because there was a big pile. The only way a call can be overturned is if there is clear evidence that the referee was wrong on the initial call.

“Of course I wanted them to challenge it because I felt like I was down,” Forte said. “I was the one running the ball and I thought my butt was down and then they pulled it out because it was a big pile. They couldn’t see, I guess, in the pile.”

Kentucky Derby, Chicago Cubs and Dallas Mavericks Tickets without the Hassle 0

Jun7
Finding tickets can be a serious headache. Sometimes it’s just a matter of knowing where to look, and finding a seller that you are happy with. Here are some tips for gaining access to three of the most popular events: the Kentucky Derby, Chicago Cubs and Dallas Mavericks games.

Kentucky Derby

The Kentucky Derby is the biggest horse racing event in the world. And, it is also the toughest to get into. They have fewer seats than they have people who want them, so you can have a lot of difficulty getting in.

They sell general admission to the event, and they’re all fairly inexpensive. What’s the catch? They’re only sold on the day of the race! That means there are perhaps 20,000 seats and over 50,000 racing fans camping out, lining up, eager to get a spot at the track. Good luck!

There is an easier way to go about it, but it looks tough at first. Some tracks offer advanced sales to their members of a site specific club. Anyone can become a member. You simply fill out an online membership form. After approval, you can apply for advanced tickets.

Don’t be turned off by the seeming hassle; the form isn’t tough to fill out at all, and then you’re instantly a member. Once you’re a member, you have access to all the perks, including advance purchase. They select members based on loyalty to the Derby, which means that the folks who have been going there for years will get picked first. But don’t give up. If you don’t get in this year, try again next year.

Also, the application asks you where you’d like to sit. You will increase your chances greatly by saying that anywhere will do, especially if you are a new member. Welcome to the club!

Chicago Cubs

There’s nothing like seeing the Cubs win on home turf in Chicago. You can get Chicago Cubs tickets at any outlet in advance of the game, but what if you’re in a pinch?

The best place to do last minute purchases is online. Don’t buy from scalpers! The stadium is notorious for its scalpers, and you’ll end up paying way more than you should. Scalpers know that if you’re looking to buy when you get to the field, you’re desperate enough to pay anything.

It’s also a good idea to avoid online auctions. Online auctions are not so great for buying tickets, for a variety of reasons, including high prices and seller unreliability.

There are tons of online ticket dealers. Remember that you can always shop around. If the staff doesn’t reply promptly, or isn’t friendly and professional, look for another seller.

The best way to check out the dealer’s reputation is by looking at the customer ratings. Read these carefully and you’ll know if you’ve got a good one. You’ll be able to find an online dealer that will ship quickly and at a much lower rate than you’d pay some scalper outside the ballpark.

Dallas Maverick

You can find Dallas Maverick tickets almost anywhere on the web at dealer sites. This is because they are one of the most popular professional basketball teams, and many outlets sell out quickly. Online, you can find discount tickets sold by wholesalers or people who couldn’t go at the last minute.

If you want those tickets fast, your best bet is to go with a regular dealer online, and not just somebody who is selling at the last minute. This is because the dealers rely on good ratings, customer satisfaction and fast delivery for their business.

Buying tickets is always tricky, but if you shop around, you can find a seller that will satisfy your needs.

Popular events almost always sell out quickly. But getting Kentucky Derby, Chicago Cubs or Dallas Mavericks tickets doesn’t have to be a headache. Visiting Golden Tickets can help you get the tickets you need when you need them. http://www.goldentickets.com
